Conference Registration

Authors of accepted papers must carry out online registration by the Author Registration date (see Important Dates). Each paper must have at least one author registered with full registration, with payment received by the author registration deadline. When registering, please enter the paper ID. Up to two additional papers may be added to one author registration.

ECoR offers discounted student rate; however student registration cannot be used for registering papers.

ECoR 2026 offers the following access options.

1. Full access – applies to full registration and student registration:
   • Access to all oral & poster sessions and keynotes;
   • Delegate pack including the programme book and electronic proceedings;
   • Tea and coffee refreshments;
   • Lunches for 3 days.
2. Day access
   • Access to tutorial, keynote or invited panel session whichever is applicable on the relevant day;
   • Access to oral sessions (and poster session if applicable) on the relevant day;
   • Delegate pack including the programme book;
   • Access to online proceedings;
   • Tea and coffee refreshments;
   • Lunch.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Author registration cancellation is not possible. No refund will be available for author registrations.
2. Any cancellation request must be notified in writing to the conference organisers by email (contact@ecor.cc).
3. Cancellation requests received on or before the Late Registration Deadline are subject to a cancellation fee of £75.00.
4. No refund can be issued for cancellation requests received after the Late Registration Deadline.
